We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery at your chosen address. Shippingcosts for the return outside the EU are the customer's responsibility. Once you return a bag, all items should be in its original conditions. 

Import duties outside the EU

Customers outside the EU will need to pay any applicable import duties upon delivery. So extra charges such as taxes and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
